1. A one-time opportunity is granted to enable all the Companies and LLP’s to complete their pending filings without being subject to additional fees by introduction of scheme namely “Companies Fresh Start Scheme, 2020 (CFSS -2020)

2. CFSS to apply to Form AOC-4, MGT-7, PAS-3, MGT-14, ADT-1 & any other form and pending any due date but not applicable to SH-7, CHG-1, CHG-4, &  CHG-8.

3. Scheme is operative from 1 April, 2020 to 30 September, 2020.

4. Only NORMAL FEES for filing of documents in MCA-21 registry will be payable during the CFSS-2020 Scheme.

5. Opportunity to INACTIVE COMPANIES can complete their pending filings and simultaneously apply to get themselves declared as DORMANT COMPANY by filing a simple application at a normal fee or apply for striking off the name of the Company by filing of Form STK-2.

6. If any defaulting Company has filed an appeal against any notice issued or complaint filed or order passed by a court then before filing an application for issue of Immunity certificate, they have to first withdraw the appeal and furnish such proof of withdrawal along with the application.

7. Form CFSS 2020 for immunity shall be filed electronically after the closure of the Scheme

8. ROC shall withdraw all the prosecutions and proceedings of adjudication of penalties pending regarding above forms/ returns

9. Immunity shall be granted from launching of prosecution or proceedings for imposing penalty on account of delay associated with certain filings.
